BROTHERS IN ARMS

I've been following Mark Lopez since the beginning of this movement to open the hearts and minds of our fellow brothers and sisters to embrace the transformation of our new nation. I have always been left in awe with his insight and eloquence.

Although we have met only once, I feel like he is a brother to me. Brothers in arms, brothers as sons of the new Philippines. Just as I feel about all of you, who I interact with, protecting our motherland online on a daily basis. We are all together in this.

Tomorrow he faces a challenge to meet with the people who are hell bent on keeping our country in shackles. Oh how I wish I could be with him, to watch his back, but alas I'm thousands of miles away. Although he is not asking for support, as we all know he can handle any verbal or written debate or showdown, I am more concerned about how dirty the other side is and what they are capable of doing. I'm just hoping a couple of you can spare the time to be there, I'm sure mas lalakas loob ni Mark knowing you're there.

Mark told me this, which filled me with emotion, "What I will say to them is exactly what you will also say"

Which made me realize that, we all have the same things we want to express, just different ways of saying it. We are all in this together.

Mabuhay ang Pilipinas, we are praying for you Mark.
